Installation Instructions for
Spellex Evaluation Programs for MS Word 2010
Please print these instructions to install the evaluation version of the Spellex
programs compatible with MS Word 2010.
- Click on the download link and save the file to your computer. Please
make a note of the folder the file is being copied to.
- Close all programs before starting the installation program.
- Start the installation program by double-clicking on the Spellex program
file. This file should be located in your download folder.
- After the installation program starts, follow the simple instructions on
your computer screen.
- The installation program will create a folder named 'C:\Program Files\Spellex\Spellex for MS Office 2010' and install the necessary files to that folder.
- When the installation program is finished, start MS Word and open the
speltest file located in your 'C:\Program Files\Spellex\Spellex for MS Office 2010' folder.
- Click on the Microsoft speller icon to spell check the UK_speltest
document. This will ensure that the installation procedure was completed successfully.
Uninstall
To uninstall the Spellex evaluation program for MS Word 2010, Click Start > All Programs > Spellex > Spellex for Microsoft Office 2010 > Uninstall Spellex. You can also access your Add/Remove Programs feature from your Control Panel.
- Click on your Start Button, go to Settings, Control Panel.
- Double-click on your Add/Remove Programs icon.
- Find Spellex for Microsoft Office 2010 in the list of programs.
- Click on the Remove button
- Follow the screen instructions to completely remove the Spellex Evaluation program.
